A Legacy of Reverence, Born from a Single Cow

Over a decade ago, Aurelium began not as a business, but as a quiet act of devotion. Our founder — my father — harboured a deep respect for animal life and a simple dream: to practise daily, permanent gau seva by establishing a sanctuary.

It started with just one cow. As our family journeyed across the heart of Gujarat, studying indigenous breeds, we were captivated by the majestic Gir — known for its calm temperament, striking beauty and superior milk. The Gir breed became our family's mission.

Today, Aurelium remains a family-run endeavour. We do not mass-produce for profit. We exist to preserve the unadulterated lineage of the Gir, to honour our cultural heritage, and to share a truly pure wellness elixir with the world.
